Just get Microsoft Office 365.  What is good about this version of Office is that it is cloud based for on the go office applications and also included the functionality to download and install Microsoft Office on your PCs, Notebooks and Surface.  Soon will even work on many upcoming Android devices.  I like cloudbased applications, but it is still important in many situations to have the actual program running on the PC you are actually using.  It comes with OneDrive. It is budget friendly, includes the latest versions and updates.
